Yogurt with Banana, Nuts and Seeds

Serves 1

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Banana (sliced)

¼ cup Almonds

2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds

Add the yogurt, banana, almonds, and seeds to a bowl and enjoy!

More Flavor: Add maple syrup or vanilla.

Additional Toppings: Nut butter, shredded coconut, chia seeds and/or hemp seeds.
